Absolutely! No matter your age, injuries, or current fitness level, everyone (and we mean everyone!) can do CrossFit. Each WOD (workout of the day) is scaled (modified) so that each person can safely become healthier and fitter. The same general workout can be performed by your grandmother or an Olympic athlete. CrossFit is scalable and is for everyone!

No! You will get in shape with CrossFit. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every single workout is designed to help you succeed, improve your overall fitness and move you toward your goals.

Membership dues are billed on the same day of each month based on when you start your training. If you would like to set up an alternative payment schedule, please have a chat with us and we will try our best to accommodate.

We reserve holds only for extenuating circumstances where you genuinely cannot train. Should you experience something unexpected, like a major illness, injury, or life change, please let us know and we will discuss accommodations.
